hTicket 1.4 is designed to build workflow for ticket types. hTicket 1.4
main aim at providing management for multiple ticket types such as help
desk, new employee, termination and security access request. User can
create ticket types, status and status transitions in whatever way he
wants.
For each ticket type additional data fields are included. It is helpful
in defect tracking workflow and management. Screen prints can be attached
to tickets by supplied program. With the support of table project which
include hierarchical arrangement to bind a project to given ticket, the
software adds project affiliation.
